What is your return policy

For unused products, we accept returns within 30 days of when when buyer receives product.  We do not charge a restocking fee, buyer pays for return shipping.

What is your warranty

NORSK Fire Pits offer a limited 3-year warranty on all of our products. Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, damaged or missing paint, and surface rust, on areas affected by fire or heat.

how much does shipping cost

We offer $75 FLAT RATE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental USA.  Please contact us for a shipping quote for any destinations outside the continental USA.

Where are norsk fire pits manufactured

Our fire pits are proudly made in the USA in North Central Wisconsin.

Do your fire pits come in different colors

We currently offer our fire pits in their raw metal finish, or painted with high temperature black paint.  Color options and power coating will be available soon.

Can i use your fire pits on my deck

We do not recommend using your fire pit on any wooden deck or structure as it would be a serious fire hazard.
